Coaching Programs
LMH offers bespoke coaching programs that add value to employees, who then add value to their organizations. We create an environment where employees are happy, productive and innovative. We work with companies from 5 to 100, on a case by case basis, or by retainer under the "Platinum Program". The Platinum Program allows for an agreed number of coaching hours per month. The hours can be used for individuals or groups, and tailored to the company's needs at an given time.
