As a coach, I’m passionate about inspiring and helping others realize their full potential.  My clients experience connection, balance, happiness and endless possibilities in life and in the workplace.

My coaching style specializes in leadership, employee engagement and culture building. I am dedicated to helping clients create meaning in their own lives and in their company by focusing on employee self-awareness, motivation, customer commitment and bottom-line performance.  The coaching process takes on specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions by analyzing the current situation, identifying existing and potential challenges and obstacles and devising a plan of action designed to achieve specific outcomes.  

I earned my Certified Professional Coaching credential from IPEC, the Institute For Professional Excellence in Coaching. IPEC is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, ICF.  I obtained my certification as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and Professional Certified Coach.  I have also completed the requirements from the International Coaching Federation, ICF and acquired my, Associate Certified Coach, ACC.
